We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. The apartment keeps what it promises. The facilities are excellent – we didn't miss anything. The absolute highlight is the incomparable location in the first row with a fantastic, breathtaking view of the sea, which you can enjoy all day. It was magical to wake up with this view! The warm hospitality of our contact person is particularly noteworthy. Communication was impeccable and very pleasant. We can fully recommend this apartment and would book again at any time. We couldn't speak highly enough of this property. The property was exactly as described with all the facilities as listed. The building is well maintained with two lovely pools, efficient lifts and helpful reception staff. The location is amazing! A minutes walk from our favourite beach. Finally, our host couldn't have been more helpful. There was plenty of contact before our journey as well as being met on arrival. We know where we will be staying when next in Tenerife!

We had a great stay at Paraiso del Palm Mar! The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The highlight is the large roof terrace with great views – perfect for a breakfast in the morning sun or a cozy evening. The location in Palm-Mar is ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet, but still want to be in Los Christianos quickly or by bike towards Teide. The pool area is also well maintained. I can absolutely recommend the place and will be happy to come back!

Fantastic flat, very clean, bright. Great view of the ocean! The area is lively, with the beach a 2-minute walk from the building, shops and a small shopping centre nearby, and a choice of restaurants all around. The residence is pleasant, with 2 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts. Public car park right outside the building. A bus stop is just a few minutes away for those without a car. Check in was hassle free. 5 stars!

What time is check-in and check-out?
Personalised check-in with one of our team members is available from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Is late check-in available?
For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a late check-in fee applies and is payable in cash upon arrival to your check-in agent.
For arrivals outside of our working hours, a late check-in fee applies and is payable in cash upon arrival to your check-in agent:
After 8:00 PM — €20
After 10:00 PM — €30
After 12:00 AM — €50
Most of our properties are also equipped with a key box for self check-in. Guests who prefer self check-in can access the property independently at no additional cost.
Do you offer airport transfers?
We do not currently provide airport transfer services.
Do you provide baby cots or baby equipment?
We do not usually provide baby cots in most of our apartments. However, we will be happy to assist you in renting all the necessary baby equipment to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your little ones.
How do I check in?
At the moment of booking, you will receive a welcome message with our contact details. A member of our team will get in touch with you via WhatsApp or message a few days before your arrival to provide all the necessary information and arrange your check-in.
It is very important that, before arrival, guests provide their flight number so we can track any potential delays and better coordinate your arrival time at the accommodation.
If your arrival is within our standard check-in hours, a member of staff will meet you at the property at the agreed time and personally accompany you to your accommodation to ensure a smooth arrival.
If your arrival is outside of our standard check-in hours, our agent will provide all the necessary instructions for a self check-in.
Do you provide bed linen and towels?
Yes, all properties include bed linen and towels for your stay. Each guest is provided with one bath towel and one hand towel, and the beds are freshly prepared before arrival for your comfort and convenience. Additional linen and extra towels can also be provided upon request for an additional charge.
Is a late check-out option available?
Late check-out is subject to availability and can only be confirmed if the property is not booked for the same day and if it is approved by our cleaning team schedule.
If confirmed, guests may stay longer free of charge.
Late check-out requests must be made either on the day of arrival or at least 3 days before check-out, so we can properly coordinate cleaning and next arrivals.
What are your payment and cancellation terms?
Payment
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival.
If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund of the booking deposit.
Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge within 24 hours of making the booking, provided the reservation was made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
After the initial 24-hour period, the 30% booking deposit is non-refundable.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, or after the remaining balance has been paid, 100% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable.
Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
