The apartment is well connected to public transport, with a main bus station approximately 5 minutes' walk away. From there, you can easily travel around Costa Adeje and to other destinations in Tenerife. Taxis are readily available in the area, making it easy to get around without a car. 

A car is not essential for a stay here, as many amenities and attractions can be reached on foot. However, renting a car is a good option if you want to explore more of the island. Please note that street parking can be difficult at times due to the property's central location.

The seafront promenade and beaches are within easy walking distance, with Playa del Duque, Fañabé and Torviscas nearby. Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos are also just a short drive away.

For everyday convenience, San Eugenio Shopping Centre is directly opposite the building, with a large Mercadona supermarket, shops,cafés and underground paid parking.

There is also a small supermarket in the same building as the apartment. The complex has a well-maintained heated communal pool and a lift.
